Report issues easily via phone or email.

  • Your deposit is securely held under a government-approved scheme. This includes:
    • Holding Deposit: One week’s rent to reserve a property. This may be withheld if a tenant withdraws, fails a Right-to-Rent check, provides false or misleading information, or does not sign the tenancy agreement within 15 calendar days (or other agreed deadline).
    • Security Deposit (Rent under £50,000 per year): Five weeks’ rent to cover damages or defaults during the tenancy.
    • Security Deposit (Rent of £50,000 or over per year): Six weeks’ rent to cover damages or defaults during the tenancy.

Convenient and hassle-free payment options. Rent must be paid on time, and any unpaid rent will accrue interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate after 14 days in arrears.

Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, water, waste water and council tax where applicable. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Lost Keys or Security Devices: Tenants must cover replacement costs, including locksmith fees if necessary. An additional charge of £15 per hour (inc. VAT) may apply if extra work is required.

  • Variation of Contract (Tenant’s Request): £50 (inc. VAT) per agreed variation to cover associated costs.

  • Change of Sharer (Tenant’s Request): £50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant or any reasonable costs incurred if higher.

  • Early Termination (Tenant’s Request): Tenants remain liable for rent and the landlord’s re-letting costs until a replacement tenancy begins.
